Bunnies and Dogs

I attempted to add some spring to the house yesterday while cleaning and preparing for my Bible study last night. That means I only did some of it.

My pair of bunnies that I have had forever made their debut on the hearth. My kids loved these guys when they were little.

The swans on the front walk got new green ribbons even though they have no flowers or ivy in them. I remember hanging Easter eggs from the trees in our front yard when they were little. Time flies to quickly.

You have seen March.

I added my little bunny with a ribbon and egg candles to the kitchen table.

The sun is shining and the water is beautiful today.

My morning started early today. Lucy had a horrible seizure at 5:00. She finally sat down and calmed down around 7:00. She hasn't wanted me to go from room to room doing anything, so I sat down to do my quiet time and she rested. I tried to get busy on some chores, but she started following me around, so y'all are getting a post.

I will call our vet here in a few minutes to talk to him. Other than the occasional seizure, she is a happy and active dog. We have her on Xanax right now, but we may have to change it to a seizure medicine. Life at the Palmers is just really never calm.

Oh well, we are more than blessed. I just have to learn to stay calm!!!

I am feeling better after my sinus infection. I am going to give y'all a health update soon and what happened when I ate something I shouldn't have. Details coming.

I have a few things to add to Easter decor and will share as I do that if ever!

I had planned a morning of errands, but that will be curtailed to make sure my baby is good. While I am sitting this morning, I am going to work on compiling some Scriptures and thoughts to text my family the week of Easter. They are all so busy with their jobs. I want to be sure and use my retirement time to help them focus on Easter coming.

Have a great day,
Sandy

  1. Hope your sweet doggie is better as I type this. She is such a pretty girl. Love all your Easter touches in your home and especially the swans at the door. They will be so pretty with summer flowers gracing them. Eager to hear your health update.
