I am game for trying it out as I have nothing that has to be done on a deadline. If I like it I will go with it, if it is driving me nuts...it will be dropped. I know Chelsea and Priscilla do a Fall Friday, Witchy Wednesday and Santa Sunday. I am not sure that would work for me as I want to stitch what I want to stitch when I want to stitch it. I got some stitchy gifts too and I will post them next Saturday. I also purchased a reproduction dough bowl to display some of my work in...channeling Night Owl Stitcher on Floss Tube. I almost finished Foothills Farm while in GA and I must admit I enjoyed working on one piece. The bird with Home on it I believe Carol stitched Spring instead of Home on that and I have that on my future list. ..I just discovered the Lila's studio and ordered 2 of them also....far too many patterns that I want to stitch, the downfall of going to blogs is that you discover yet more and more stitches you have to have! I'm interested in seeing how your rotation works for you. I generally stitch one thing till it's done unless I get bored with it. I want to change up with a better rotation. I have stitched several of these (the LHN charts for spring and summer as you mentioned), Free & Brave, and the Brenda Gervais Robin (who lives with my mom now) and really enjoyed them all. I wish you luck as you check things off your list. I think I am the rare stitcher who doesn't make plans--I just stitch whatever strikes my fancy and am pretty much a one-project-at-a-time stitcher :)

Wishing you a wonderful stitch-filled new year, Sandy--it was fun finding your blog this year :) Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10368237913096460512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1369505808572306850.post-74078840151687280572017-12-27T21:31:20.785-06:002017-12-27T21:31:20.785-06:00We will track me here. I also am a huge fan of Brenda Gervais. Mary and I have ordered that set you got for Christmas. I really love all of the beautiful stitches Arlene sent you. I've had my eye on the patriotic one with the Statue of Liberty for quite awhile. I also like LHN charts and have done some of the ones you have shown. I am not familiar with the bird stitch with the sleigh but love it and I also like your pattern on the beach. You have chosen well and will have many hours of great stitching ahead. I have two thoughts.... get moving because you would die if you sat still (as you can tell I have no knowledge of that kind of cold). I am thinking clean the whole house OR the one I would most likely choose...get as close to something putting off heat and stitch for as long as it below freezing. I am thinking on that one you would never get anything done.
AS for plans, we will see how much I get done. One thing I did do this year to keep my from buying patterns every time I saw something out there I loved and might not actually stitch, was to keep a running list of things I liked. Then I made a wish list from those for my Christmas list. I am doing that with books this year as well. By the time I can read them, the library should have them and I will save money.
Stay warm!!!Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10185422453541735778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1369505808572306850.post-1695445467575048162017-12-27T13:13:58.698-06:002017-12-27T13:13:58.698-06:00Wow, Sandy, you have ambitious plans! Not sure what my crafting plans will be or what I might have time for in 2018.

Today it is 12º (feels like -2º) and I am trying to convince myself to drive down to my dad's and see what I might accomplish there (also make sure that the furnace there is working!). Not sure I am going to be successful in convincing myself to go out. It doesn't help that we have a wood furnace here at our home and I need to add wood to it every hour or two. Oh well, I am thankful that we HAVE heat!Mrs.Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00392321745556290343noreply@blogger.com
